OVERVIEW

      Tooling Technology, LLC has gained its reputation for high quality cast and machined tools. Our state-of-the-art facility houses our aluminum foundry, finish and fabrication shop, pattern and model making, CNC department, and quality control (CMM certification and digitizing). We have some of the largest capacities in the industry and have made one of the largest thermoform tools in the country.

      We have cast or machined molds for the following processes: pressure form, twin sheet and single sheet vacuum forms, rotational molds, blow molds, resin transfer molds, compression molds, E.P.S. molds, rubber molds, polyurethane molds, carpet and metal stamping dies, check fixtures and gauges, foundry tooling and pulp molds.
