Tooling Technology has deep knowledge and industry experience in the design and manufacture of molds and tooling for a variety of applications and industries such as automotive, appliance, recreation, heavy truck, lawn and garden, to name a few. Typical products we produce molds for include trunk and cargo liners, truck-bed liner, door trim, flooring systems and assemblies, acoustical and thermal hoods, inner and outer dash panels, instrument panel insulators and closeouts, armrests, and more.

We also produce our line of Segen quick-change components for use in molding and a variety of diverse applications. The Segen solution replac¬es nuts, bolts and hand tools with cylinder locks, mating knobs and air pressure to significantly reduce the time required for setup, changeover, workholding, clamping, fixturing or alignment.

Through Century Tool, Tooling Tech Group has extensive experience in producing high compression molds for composite applications. We design and manufacture molds for the automotive, RV, heavy truck, aerospace and personal watercraft industries, with our Century Series molds focused specifically on Class-A exterior body panels that require the highest level of surface quality. All of our molds and tools are designed, engineered and manufactured in-house based on customer supplied part data. GH Tool & Mold is a leading provider of high-pressure die cast dies, designing and building dies for machines with locking forces from 350 to 4000 tons. We partner with customers to develop castings that are lightweight, manufacturing friendly, and meet design intent. Our experienced design staff will work with your team to create a tooling package that maximizes your process window, facilitates quick die change, simplifies tool maintenance, and ensures interchangeability of die components for the life of your program.

Our specialty is producing tools for high volume, long lifecycle programs for a wide variety of parts used in the automotive, lawn and garden and consumer products industries. Some typical components include gear cases, transmission cases and covers, valve bodies and channel plates, converter housings, engine blocks, head covers, cam carriers, oil pans, timing chain covers, and other engine accessories such as alternators, starters and brackets.

Founded in 1985 as a tool mold repair specialist for compression molders, our TTG Automation group provides secondary tooling for composite molded assemblies as well as assembly equipment and automated systems for applications such as bonding, spot welding, drilling and fastening.

Each of our solutions is unique to your particular requirements. We begin with an understanding of what you need to achieve in terms of a finished component.
